WARRANTY PROCESS:

Please fill out the form below to begin your warranty claim. Following completion you will receive an email from us with a Paypal invoice where you will confirm your shipping address and complete the process by paying the warranty fee.

Green: $30/ section

Balance: $25/ section

In-Stream: $25/ section

Level: $50/ section

LevelX: $50/ section

Blackwater (BLKH2O): $60/ section

Silent Assassin (SA23): $40/ section

Dredge Nymph: $40/ Section

This charge covers rod breakage. Shipping is not included and overseas breakage may be subjected to an additional shipping charge. If the rod broke due to a manufacturer defect, then the rod needs to be returned for us to determine and there will be no charge for the repair.
